Our College has a very good library with reading facilities and it helps the student teachers to develop their intensive reading and writing skills. A good number of Magazines and Journals are regularly subscribed.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Library is open on all working days from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. library membership will be given to the students, when they receive the college identity cards.
2. Students should enter their roll number and name in the gate register and sign in the same before entering the library.
3. The librarian may take appropriate action under intimation to the principal on member found misbehaving in the library.
4. Cell phone not allowed into the library.
5. No students will be allowed to enter the library without college identity card. Outsiders should not be brought to the library without principal permission.
6. Library is a place for serious self-study. All must maintain a conductive atmosphere for silent study.
7. Disturbance of any kind is strictly forbidden. Those violating the rules of silence may be asked to leave the library.
8. Students shall not misplace books from their position in the racks.
9. Library cards are not to be transferred or exchange or shared. One can return other’s book(s) and thereafter return the card to the owner.
10. One should examine the condition of the books while borrowing and report to the librarian immediately if any damage is noticed. Books are to be handled carefully. He borrower will be responsible for any damage or mutilation of the borrowed books.
11. Books and magazines are issued from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
12. Books borrowed by a student must be returned within one week.
13. Reference books and rare books will not be lent out.
14. All the books and cards are to be returned to the library before withdrawing from the college in order to get the final clearance.
